Anna Tanzilla is the chief operating officer for Camaraderie Foundation. Her responsibilities include a variety of tasks from program support to fund development. Supporting the mission to provide healing for the “invisible wounds of war” through counseling, emotional and spiritual support for all branches of Military Service Members, Veterans, and their families.
Prior to joining Camaraderie Foundation, Anna proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for as a Personnel Officer then as a civil service employee. When she left the military, she joined Mercer HR Consulting for 16 years as a Sales Consultant and North American Sales Team Leader. She obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan.
Her strong servant leader spirit and belief in the power of volunteering lead her to such organizations as the YMCA Mentoring Program (YNOW), Special Olympics, Red Cross, United Way, Junior Achievement, and Habitat for Humanity. She could see the need in the non-profit world and obtained a Masters in Science of Social Work from the University of Louisville.
In addition to her responsibilities to Camaraderie Foundation, Anna has served on several committees and boards to include Mission United Executive Council, Mayor Dyers Veterans Advisory Council, Congressman Gus Bilirakis Veterans Advisory Committee, and the Veterans Entrepreneurship Initiative.

Naveen Poonian is Chief Executive Officer of iBASEt, where he is passionate about driving the company’s overall vision and mission by aligning organizational and departmental objectives. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its rapidly growing aerospace business across France, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Naveen is actively involved with the OCTANEe Technology Innovation Forum and is a member of the Vistage CEO Roundtable. He is a strong advocate for bringing iBASEt closer to the local community and has aided in organizations such as the Mental Health Association of Orange County, Olive Crest, and the Working Wardrobes of Orange County. Naveen is also involved in the American Heart Association, where he helps promote greater awareness and preventative care for heart disease.

Sung is an experienced technology architect and a published computer scientist with more than 20 years of experience. During his tenure at iBASEt, he played a key role in enhancing Solumina’s technology and exploring architecture experiments for future product directions. As the CTO, Sung leads iBASEt’s long-term technology vision and is responsible for the overall product architecture and infrastructure deployment profiles, focusing on open standards and integration technologies. He also facilitates the technical community within iBASEt. Prior to joining iBASEt, Sung worked in the telecommunications industry and in academics teaching undergraduate and graduate students. His research works have been published in various International Journals and Conferences including ACM and IEEE transactions and conferences. Sung holds Master’s and PhD degrees in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

Michel brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to iBASEt. During his tenure at the company, he has played a key role in global sales and product expansion. As SVP and Chief Enterprise Architect, Michel is responsible for a combination of leadership duties across Sales, Services, and Product Management. Michel is an expert in providing creative solutions to complex business problems by challenging current ideas and championing industry best practices. Michel began his career in operations as Plant Superintendent of a chemical packaging facility where he implemented several MRP II systems, before joining a manufacturing management consulting group that specialized in productivity and quality improvements.

He is responsible for overseeing the product management operations across the organization and ensuring that the procedures meet the business requirements and client specifications.
He also has deep experience in developing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements with cross-functional teams and in launching successful software products.
Attila earned his BS degree in Computer Sciences in Hungary, holds a IPMA Project Manager certification from Germany, and contributed to over 15 patents.

Thomas brings over 15 years of process analysis and consulting experience to iBASEt and the BSC team. He began his analysis career with local and state governments focusing on process and system design. Following this governmental work, he continued analysis for major airlines across the globe, again, focusing on streamlining processes and ensuring that a system is designed with the end user in mind. Upon joining iBASEt he performed analysis and consulting work for complex discrete manufactures before moving into his current management position. As manager, Thomas guides his team in Solumina implementation techniques, Agile software development and deployment, customer communication, and streamlined process design. He earned his MS in Public Policy from Cumberland University in Tennessee, BA in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University, and has taken advanced studies in Information Systems, Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science.

In his position, he is responsible for creating and executing the MES roadmap while making sure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Max holds both a BS and MS degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany.
He has experience in process improvement at Siemens, as well as collaborating with SAP to improve the performance of MES systems for complex production systems.

Rob started his career as an engineer at the companies AEG and Cegelec in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and specialized in drive systems and technical automation for manufacturing. From the beginning computers and programmable logic controllers fascinated him and that has never changed.
He travelled the globe providing technical automation solutions for all challenges that customers faced.
In 1988 the change to ATS Global provided the opportunity to put the gained knowledge and skills into action as an Independent Solution Provider. The major change was to provide the best possible solution in the best interest of the customer, to add real value for that customer, and not having to sell a specific brand or product.
